  Ordered there about ounce a week no problems over a few years. A couple weeks ago after I called in and ordered an hour later I called back to find out who took in my order put it down to be picked up then had to wait about another 20 or 30 minutes for the food. And I ordered it to be delivered a mile and a half down the same road. Today I order online and just hit the same order as last time. Well something got messed up and I got half the tuna on my sandwich which I have never gotten before. I called to see what they can do and was told I was stuck with my sandwich. Sad to say this place was ounce great but now its sad there the only ones in Sycamore.

  I totally forgot that I was in charge of the holiday party at my work, I called this jimmy johns and they helped me pull off a fully catered lunch for 25 people with only an hours notice! They didn't have a bad attitude about it either. They had the food done on time with a smile. It was good and when I went in to pick it up the place was very clean.
